Skyview faced Bonneville in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Hawks fell just short of the Bees by a score of  4-2. The Hawks' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.
Skyview got a good showing from  Jacoby Navarro, who   pitched 2.1 innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Navarro has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  given up  more than one  walk in nine consecutive appearances.
 On the hitting side, Skyview saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Mason Krahn, who  went 1-for-3 with one  stolen base, one  run,  and one  RBI. Krahn has been hot recently, having  posted  at least one  stolen base the last four times he's  played.
Skyview's loss dropped their record down to 19-7-1. As for Bonneville, the  victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 25-3.
As of now, neither Skyview nor the Bees have any future games scheduled.
