Softball Recap: Diamond Bar Takes a Loss

Diamond Bar had lost three straight on the road, but on Tuesday they dropped their record down to 10-13 to make it four. They fell just short of the Claremont Wolfpack by a score of 5-4. For Claremont's part, Ava Fisher spent all eight innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and one unearned) runs on seven hits.

At the plate, Saleen Armenta was incredible, going 2-for-4 with one home run, two stolen bases, and four RBI. Those four RBI gave her a new career-high.

As of now, neither Diamond Bar nor Claremont have any future games scheduled.
