Basketball Game Recap: Grant vs. Madison

The Madison Senators had a rough go of it last month when they matched up with the Grant Generals and had to endure more of the same this past Friday. Madison suffered a grim 70-43 defeat to Grant. The Senators were down 55-29 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

The loss dropped Madison's record to 4-19. The victory bumped Grant's record up to 16-8.

Madison is on the road again on Tuesday and plays against Benson Tech. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 32 minutes: the MaxPreps rankings predict a close game. Grant will be hunkering down at home again for their contest against Wilson on Tuesday. Unlike Grant, Wilson will be stumbling in off of a defeat.
