Volleyball Recap: Sedro-Woolley Starts Season with Victory on the Road

Sedro-Woolley had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They had just enough and edged out the Meadowdale Mavericks 3-2.

Meadowdale is on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Coming up, Sedro-Woolley will head out on the road to face off against Bellingham at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The game will give the Cubs their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Meadowdale, they will welcome Shorewood at 7:00 p.m. on the 18th.
