Volleyball Recap: Cleveland Starts off Right with Win over Moorpark

Cleveland took care of business in their home opener on Monday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Moorpark Musketeers.

Cleveland had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 25-23, 25-12, 25-22.

Moorpark dropped their record down to 0-3 with the defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Cleveland will head out to square off against Calabasas at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Moorpark, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Oaks Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
