Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Texoma Christian). They took their contest on Friday with ease, bagging a 78-46 win over the S & S Consolidated Rams. The Eagles pushed the score to 57-36 by the end of the third, a deficit the Rams had little chance of recovering from.

S & S Consolidated's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Joe Orr, who posted 17 points and five assists. Another player making a difference was Brenden Hammer, who put up nine points and eight rebounds.

With the victory, Texoma Christian broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-4. As for S & S Consolidated, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-8.

Texoma Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 32-28 win against Dodd City on the 10th. As for S & S Consolidated, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 52-45 defeat against Savoy on the 6th.
