After a string of four wins, Warren's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell just short of the Buna Cougars by a score of 2-1. While the Warriors didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Cougars 25-21 in the first set.

Warren started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The final score came out to 21-25, 25-11, 15-13.

Warren's loss dropped their record down to 12-3. As for Buna, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-11 record this season.

Warren wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Deweyville on the 26th. As for Buna, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against West Hardin on the 26th.
