Volleyball Recap: Wendover Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Pinnacle, Wendover was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Dugway Mustangs by a score of 3-1. That's more bragging rights for the Wildcats, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The victory didn't come easy: Dugway scored at least 22 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-23, 26-28, 25-22.

Wendover's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Dugway, their loss was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-4.

Wendover has already played their next game (against White Pine), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Dugway, they will be playing at home against Tintic at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Miners will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Mustangs surely won't give up without a fight.
