Soccer Recap: Tomales Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

Tomales put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Anderson Valley Panthers with a sharp 8-1 victory. Tomales might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matches by four goals or more this season.

Tomales' win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Anderson Valley, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Tomales will take on rival Sonoma Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few goals on average (Tomales 0.5, Sonoma Academy 0.2) so any goals scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Anderson Valley is set to square off against their familiar foe Mendocino at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
