New Mexico high school boys soccer stat leaders

Though he's just a junior, Adam Foltz of Alamogordo is dominating New Mexico boys soccer at this point in the season, according to MaxPreps statistics.

A talented striker, Foltz paces the state in scoring with 43 points and in goals with 19. He also has five assists and is averaging 4.3 points per game. His closest competition comes from a sophomore, Matt Hunter, a striker from Santa Fe, who has 34 points and 14 goals.

Sharing Hunter's runner-up status with 14 goals are seniors Jose Salomon of Portales and Angel Flores of Piedra Vista (Farmington).

The leading goal keeper is Carson Collins, a sophomore from Aztec, who has 109 saves - 25 more than the runner-up. Collins already has been in goal for 720 minutes and is averaging 12.1 saves per game.
