With a playoff win on the line, Bigelow rose to the challenge  on Thursday. They walked away with  a   6-2  victory over the Poyen Indians. Winning may never get old, but the Panthers sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
 Briley Starks spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered two  runs (both of which were unearned)  on two hits and racked up eight Ks.
 At the plate,  Hana Staples was  incredible,  going 2-for-3 with two  stolen bases, three  runs,  and one  RBI. That's the most  runs  she has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was  Jaiden Mayo, who  went 2-for-3 with two  RBI and one  run.
Bigelow's win bumped their record up to 14-10. As for Poyen, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-12 record  this season.
 Bigelow has  already played their next  game (against Riverside), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Poyen does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
