Volleyball Recap: Tuscola Comes Up Short

Tuscola was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Pisgah Bears. The Mountaineers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bears from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Tuscola's offense was headlined by Alyssa Trantham and Samantha Horton, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Stella Yarrington and her 12 assists. Haiden Creson controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Tuscola's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Pisgah, their win bumped their record up to 7-3.

Tuscola has already played their next match (against North Buncombe), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Pisgah also has no score uploaded for their next game, this one against East Henderson.
