Softball Recap: San Pasqual Golden Eagles vs. Rancho Bernardo Broncos
San Pasqual had lost five straight at home, but on Wednesday they dropped their record down to 9-13 to make it six. They fell just short of the Rancho Bernardo Broncos by a score of 2-0. The Golden Eagles were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Broncos earlier this season, when they won 7-4.
Ally McKinley spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on seven hits and racked up six Ks.
