After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Palisades, Ballantyne Ridge was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They walked away with a 7-4 victory over the Cox Mill Chargers. The win was some much needed relief for the Wolves as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Ballantyne Ridge let Dhaitha Dasari and Taylynn Holnagel run wild. Dasari went 2-for-4 with three runs and one stolen base, while Holnagel got on base in four of her five plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base. The team also got some help courtesy of Savanna Brown, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI and one run.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Ballantyne Ridge kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Cox Mill only managed three hits.
