Basketball Recap: 22 Straight Home Victories for Napavine

Napavine had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 25.3 points) and they went ahead and made it seven on Wednesday. They took down the Adna Pirates 79-61. This was a revenge game for the Tigers: when they faced off against the Pirates on January 11th, they had to take a 47-40 defeat.

Despite the loss, Adna saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Trevin Salme went 10 of 19 on his way to 26 points. Salme continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Gavan Muller was another key player, putting up 12 points and six rebounds.
