Volleyball Recap: Estero Starts off Right with Win over Aubrey Rogers

Estero gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Monday. They put the hurt on the Aubrey Rogers Patriots with a sharp 3-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Wildcats also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-21, 25-16.

Despite the defeat, Aubrey Rogers saw an underclassman step up: freshman Chiara Gagliano had seven digs and one block.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Estero will host Riverdale at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Aubrey Rogers, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Bishop Verot at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
