Volleyball Recap: Lutheran Takes a Loss

Lutheran was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rock Falls Rockets. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Crusaders of the 2-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-9.

Lutheran's loss dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Rock Falls, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-10 record this season.

Lutheran is taking a road trip to take on North Boone at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Rock Falls, they will welcome Rochelle at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
