Volleyball Recap: Fountain Inn's Win Ends Four-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Fountain Inn won the last time they faced Emerald and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Fury walked away with a 3-1 win over the Vikings.

Fountain Inn had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 11-25, 25-17, 25-15, 25-23.

Fountain Inn's victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-11. As for Emerald, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.
