Soccer Recap: Forest Park Comes Up Short

The matchup between Forest Park and Whitewater on Wednesday hardly resembled the 1-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Panthers lost 10-0 to the Wildcats. While losing is never fun, Forest Park can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 386th, while Whitewater are ranked 64th).

Forest Park has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season. As for Whitewater, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 13-3.

As of now, neither Forest Park nor the Wildcats have any future games scheduled.
