Volleyball Recap: Tanner Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Tanner extended their losing streak to seven on Wednesday, dropping them down to 3-19. They came up short against the Lexington Golden Bears, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Golden Bears this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-0 defeat back in September.

As for Lexington, their record is now 23-29. They not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 18th (when they won 3-0).

Leading Lexington to victory were Macy Davis and Katelyn Sullivan. Davis had eight aces and three digs, while Sullivan had seven digs and one assist. That's the most digs Sullivan has posted over her last eight contests. Cooper Knox also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.

Tanner does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lexington, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Lindsay Lane Christian Academy on the 15th.
