Boyd Anderson extended their road winning streak to 12 games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Ariana Stoveall. The Boyd Anderson Cobras breezed past the Fort Lauderdale Flying L to the tune of 53-0 on Monday for which the team can thank Stoveall, who threw for 172 yards and six touchdowns while completing 81.3% of her passes, and also rushed for 30 yards and one touchdown. She is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as she's now passed for three or more in each of the last five games she's played.

Boyd Anderson's defense made their presence known, laying out the QB eight times. The heavy lifting was done by Marlie Massillon and Clintiana McCutcheon, who racked up five sacks between them.

Boyd Anderson's victory bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Fort Lauderdale, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Looking ahead, Boyd Anderson will be playing in front of their home fans against Palm Beach Gardens at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Palm Beach Gardens will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Boyd Anderson surely won't give up without a fight. As for Fort Lauderdale, they will challenge Blanche Ely at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Fort Lauderdale has given up an average of 27.1 points per game this season, so hopefully the team got some defensive drills in this week.
