Harvest Christian Academy extended their  winning streak to three games  thanks to a huge performance from  Chance Bramer. The Saints came out on top against the Vanguard College Prep Vikings by a score of  52-44  on Friday with plenty of help from  Bramer, who rushed for 174 yards and a pair of  TDs while picking up 7.6 yards per carry. With that strong performance,  he is now averaging an impressive 111.2  rushing yards per game.
Harvest Christian Academy didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut  Bramer. Another thorn in Vanguard College Prep's side was  Keaton Hayes, who picked up  a  sack and made 14 total tackles (3.0 for loss).
 Special teams was a major factor in the game for Harvest Christian Academy, racking up 11 points in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of  Drew Carpenter, who ran a kickoff back for a touchdown.
Harvest Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Vanguard College Prep, their defeat  ended  a  three-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 6-2.
 Looking ahead, Harvest Christian Academy will welcome Covenant Classical  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. The Saints will be up against the Cavaliers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 48  points per  game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Vanguard College Prep, they will venture away from home to  face off against Trinity  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.
