Pinecrest Academy waltzed into their match on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against Cornerstone Prep Academy by a score of 64-54. This was payback for the Paladins, who suffered a 64-51 loss the last time these two teams met.

Leading Pinecrest Academy to victory were Joe Frain and Michael Lynch. Frain dropped a double-double on 21 points and 11 rebounds, while Lynch dropped a double-double on 18 points and 12 boards. Frain is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games. Johnny Lynch was another key player, putting up seven points and five assists.

Pinecrest Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Cornerstone Prep Academy only racked up eight assists.

Cornerstone Prep Academy lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Owen Dichiara, who posted 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Seth Bledsoe, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 14 rebounds.

Pinecrest Academy pushed their record up to 9-3 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.
