Baseball Recap: Ringling Find Success

Ringling took a ten-run loss the last time they faced off against Wayne, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Blue Devils had just enough and edged out the Bulldogs 5-4 on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Blue Devils have posted since March 27th.

Ringling's victory bumped their record up to 7-9. As for Wayne, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ringling will challenge Grandfield at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Blue Devils are facing the Bearcats at the right time seeing as the Bearcats are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Wayne, they will be playing at home against Konawa at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
