It was a good run, but Willows Academy unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-match winning streak on Friday. Neither they nor the Fenwick Friars could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time Willows Academy have been dealt a draw since back in March.

Kamila Mikula and Mary Seuffert scored both of Willows Academy's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 35 goals.

Willows Academy's draw gives them a new season record of 10-1-2. Meanwhile, Fenwick's record is now 5-3-4.

Willows Academy has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Lake Forest Academy on the 5th. As for Fenwick, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against St. Francis on the 5th.
