The Tree of Life Christian Trojans gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 75-45 victory over Danville. For Tree of Life Christian, this counts as revenge for the 59-57 loss Danville walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2022.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Tree of Life Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ronald Amoah, who scored 17 points along with 8 rebounds and 5 steals. RaKim White was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with 9 assists and 3 steals.
Tree of Life Christian's win bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Danville, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tree of Life Christian will take on Shekinah Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Danville, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Ridgewood at 7:30 p.m.
