Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Fike). They never let the Hunt Warriors get on the board and left with a 24-0 win on Tuesday. The game was the first time the Demons have beaten the Warriors on their field since April 29, 2021.
Gracie Vincent made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Vincent was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 4-for-4 with three RBI, one triple, and one run. Those three RBI gave her a new career-high.
