L.C. Bird entered their tilt with Fleming on Friday with eight consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with nine. They came within five points of losing the streak, but they secured a 55-50 W against the Fleming Colonels. That's two games straight that the Skyhawks have won by exactly five points.

L.C. Bird found their leader in sophomore Kylie Kent, who shot 60% from the field to rack up 20 points in addition to eight rebounds and three blocks. Kamari Simon was another key player, putting up ten points and seven boards.
