Softball Recap: Fairview Extends Winning Streak to Four

Fairview barely beat Girard the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Tigers never let the Yellowjackets get on the board and left with a 10-0 win on Thursday. The victory was familiar territory for the Tigers, who have now won four matchups in a row.

The win got Fairview back to even at 6-6. As for Girard, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-11 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fairview will square off against North East at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Girard, they will take on Conneaut at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
