Basketball Recap: Waverly Takes a Loss

Waverly entered their matchup against Chenango Forks on Wednesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Waverly Wolverines took a 34-26 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chenango Forks Blue Devils. The contest marked the Wolverines' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Waverly fell to 7-1. As for Chenango Forks, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-5.
