Basketball Recap: Fullerton Warriors vs. Humphrey-Lindsay Bulldogs
Fullerton lost against Humphrey-Lindsay back in March of 2020 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Fullerton Warriors fell 62-52 to the Humphrey-Lindsay Bulldogs. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Owen Kurtenbach continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Humphrey-Lindsay, putting up 17 points and three steals. Kurtenbach is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Gavin Friesen, who posted nine points.
Fullerton now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Humphrey-Lindsay, the win got them back to even at 3-3.
Fullerton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 63-34 victory against Shelby-Rising City on the 28th. As for Humphrey-Lindsay, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 58-40 defeat against Exeter-Milligan/Friend on the 28th.
