Elida kept a clean sheet against Wapakoneta on Wednesday. They blew past the Redskins 4-0. The result was nothing new for Elida, who have now won eight contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Lexie Good and Kylee Wallace scored all four of Elida's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 57 goals.

The victory (which was Elida's third in a row) raised their record to 13-5-1. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three matchups. As for Wapakoneta, their loss ended a six-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-3-1.

Looking ahead, Elida will be taking part in a tournament against Perkins at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Wapakoneta does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
