Basketball Recap: Park Place Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Park Place Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They took a 54-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Leake Academy Rebels. While losing is never fun, the Crusaders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Mississippi basketball rankings (they are ranked 263rd, while the Rebels are ranked 70th).

Park Place Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Leake Academy, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 13-6.

Park Place Christian Academy will venture away from home to take on East Rankin Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Leake Academy, they will take on Winston Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
