Baseball Game Preview: Phoenix Pirates vs. Eagle Point Eagles

Phoenix is 0-6 against Eagle Point since March of 2016 but things could change on Tuesday. Phoenix will square off against Eagle Point. Phoenix has given up an average of 7.5 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Phoenix saw some tournament action on Saturday. They lost 21-7 to Yreka.

Meanwhile, Eagle Point had just enough and edged out Scappoose 5-3 on Wednesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

Eagle Point's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Phoenix, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Phoenix might still be hurting after the 10-2 loss they got from Eagle Point in their previous meeting back in March of 2024. Can Phoenix avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
