Soccer Game Preview: Payette vs. Fruitland

The Payette Pirates will face off against the Fruitland Grizzlies at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Payette's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Payette fell victim to Emmett and their airtight defense on Saturday. They came up short against the Huskies, falling 7-0.

Meanwhile, Fruitland lost 5-2 to Baker/Powder Valley on Saturday.

Fruitland's loss dropped their record down to 3-7-1. As for Payette, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-8-2.
