Softball Recap: Monroe Takes a Loss

Monroe fell victim to North Hollywood and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Huskies, falling 13-0. Having soared to a lofty 23 runs in the game before, the Vikings' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Monroe dropped their record down to 1-2 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. As for North Hollywood, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-2.
