Softball Recap: Benton Central Bison vs. Logansport Berries
Benton Central had lost seven straight on the road, but on Saturday they dropped their record down to 6-18 to make it eight. They came up short against the Logansport Berries, falling 14-0. The Bison were not able to make up for their loss to the Berries from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.
Benton Central saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Julianna Sibray, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

She was also big at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one run and one RBI. Those two hits gave her a new career-high.
In other batting news, Rylinn Spradling was a standout: she went 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and two doubles. Those two doubles gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Kellyn Cripe, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI.
