 The Forest Bulldogs will be playing at home against the Summerfield Rebels at 4:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication,  both teams will really light up the scoreboard.

May has been consistent recently: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in three consecutive pitching appearances. May was also stellar in the batter's box,  going 3-for-4 with four  RBI, a  triple,  and a  run.
 In other batting news,  John Stasks was  incredible,  scoring two  runs and  stealing three bases while  getting on base  in four of his five plate appearances. Another player making a difference was  Dalton willis, who  scored three  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances.
 Summerfield won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune  on Thursday. They fell victim to a  rough 20-10 loss at the hands of Woodlawn-Shreveport.
 Forest's victory  ended  a  nine-game drought on the road  dating back to last season and  puts them at 3-5. As for Summerfield, their defeat was  their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which  dropped their record down to 1-2.
