Volleyball Recap: Eudora Beats Basehor-Linwood for Their Second Straight Win

Basehor-Linwood came into Thursday's contest looking for another win against Eudora, but Bailey Hammerschmidt wouldn't allow it. The Cardinals had just enough and edged out the Bobcats 2-1 for which the team can thank Hammerschmidt, who had seven digs and four aces. She is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last six games she's played.

The victory made it two in a row for Eudora and bumps their season record up to 9-6. As for Basehor-Linwood, they now have a losing record of 6-7.

Eudora wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Baldwin on the 25th. As for Basehor-Linwood, they will be taking part in a tournament against Shawnee Mission West at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday.
