Basketball Recap: Forest Park Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Forest Park had lost 15 straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Tuesday they dropped down to 0-6 to make it 16. They were dealt a 69-2 loss at the hands of the Pace Academy Knights. The Panthers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 37-0.

As for Pace Academy, they now have a winning record of 2-1. They have beaten Forest Park the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest Forest Park has come to flipping the script.

Lawson Monroe went supernova, shooting 86% from the field on her way to 26 points in addition to six steals and five boards. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Pace Academy's points. Khloe Smith was another key player, going 7-for-17 en route to 15 points and four steals.
