Lausanne Collegiate barely beat Westminster Academy the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Lynx blew past the Defenders 5-1 on Tuesday. Considering Lausanne Collegiate have won five games by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

The win (which was Lausanne Collegiate's third in a row) raised their record to 6-1-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those three matchups. As for Westminster Academy, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lausanne Collegiate will venture away from home to square off against Evangelical Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Evangelical Christian's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Westminster Academy, they will challenge Northpoint Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Northpoint Christian will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Westminster Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
