Brennan has gone 8-2 against Warren recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Bears will be playing at home against the Warriors at 7:30 p.m. Brennan knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 31 points or more in their past five matchups -- so hopefully Warren likes a good challenge.

On Friday, Brennan was able to grind out a solid win over Taft, taking the game 35-28. Given the Bears' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas football rankings (they are ranked 98th, while the Raiders are ranked 512th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 35 points the game before, Warren was a bit more limited in their contest on Friday. They were outmatched by Harlan and fell 49-7. The Warriors have struggled against the Hawks recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Brennan's victory was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-1. The road wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 8.4 points on average this season. As for Warren, their loss dropped their record down to 5-4.

Everything came up roses for Brennan against Warren in their previous matchup back in November of 2024, as the team secured a 60-0 victory. Will the Bears repeat their success, or do the Warriors have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
