Basketball Recap: Kohelet Yeshiva Picks Up Fourth Straight Win at Home

With a playoff win on the line, Kohelet Yeshiva rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 49-46 victory over the Kimberton Waldorf Bulls. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 58-38 back in December of 2024.

Chezky Levitt was his usual excellent self, putting up 19 points and eight rebounds. He has been hot for a while, having posted 15 or more points the last 20 times he's played. Another player making a difference was Max Bender, who posted six points along with six boards and five assists.

Kohelet Yeshiva was working as a unit and finished the game with 19 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since the start of last season.

Kohelet Yeshiva pushed their record up to 14-12 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.0 points over those games. As for Kimberton Waldorf, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 16-11.

As of now, neither Kohelet Yeshiva nor Kimberton Waldorf have any future games scheduled.
