Softball Recap: Saline Comes Up Short

Saline fell victim to Castor and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Castor Tigers, falling 13-0. The Bobcats haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Saline's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Castor, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-3.

Saline didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 14-9 win against Ringgold on the 14th. As for Castor, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 15-0 victory against Mansfield on the 14th.
