Geneva's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They put the hurt on Wayne with a sharp 7-0 victory. That seven-run margin sets a new team best for the Panthers this season.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Penn Yan Academy's offense. They lost 18-0 to Mynderse Academy on Friday. The Mustangs have struggled against the Blue Devils recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

The win got Geneva back to even at 5-5. As for Penn Yan Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 2-7.
