Softball Game Preview: Hialeah-Miami Lakes Trojans vs. Dr. Krop Lightning

The Hialeah-Miami Lakes Trojans will head out to face off against the Dr. Krop Lightning at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Hialeah-Miami Lakes came up short against Goleman on Thursday, falling 15-5.

Meanwhile, Dr. Krop was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 22-1 to South Dade.

Hialeah-Miami Lakes' defeat dropped their record down to 8-3. As for Dr. Krop, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.

Everything went Hialeah-Miami Lakes' way against Dr. Krop when the teams last played back in February, as Hialeah-Miami Lakes made off with a 16-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Trojans since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
