Tuesday just wasn't the day for Charles J. Colgan's offense. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mountain View Wildcats on Tuesday. The Sharks' loss signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Charles J. Colgan saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kayli Lamboy, who went 2-for-3 with one double.

Charles J. Colgan's defeat dropped their record down to 18-5. As for Mountain View, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season.

While Charles J. Colgan had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
