Volleyball Recap: Atlas Preparatory School Takes a Loss

Atlas Preparatory School was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 24th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the St. Mary's Pirates. The Gryphons were not able to make up for their loss to the Pirates from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-6, 25-15.

Atlas Preparatory School's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for St. Mary's, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Atlas Preparatory School will face off against rival Banning Lewis Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, St. Mary's is set to take on their familiar foe Manitou Springs at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
