Northbridge won the last time they faced St. Bernard's Central Catholic and things went their way on Friday too. The Rams took their contest with ease, bagging a 46-14 victory over the Bernardians. That's two games straight that the Rams have won by exactly 32 points.

Morodney Daigle was nothing short of spectacular: he rushed for 75 yards and four scores on only eight carries. Those 75 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Joel Lachapelle, who threw for 145 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 11 passes.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Northbridge was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 227 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as St. Bernard's Central Catholic only rushed for 127 rushing yards.

When it comes to explaining why St. Bernard's Central Catholic lost, don't look at Zaire Desrosiers. Despite the final result, he rushed for 75 yards and one TD.

Northbridge has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 42.5 points this season. As for St. Bernard's Central Catholic, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-1.
