Baseball Recap: Perkiomen School Panthers vs. Lawrenceville School Big Red

Perkiomen School put the finishing touches on their 11th blowout victory of the season on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Lawrenceville School Big Red as the Perkiomen School Panthers made off with a 12-1 victory. The win was familiar territory for Perkiomen School who now have three in a row.

Nathaniel Romberger looked comfortable as he pitched four innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits.

At the plate, Erick Diaz was excellent, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Avery Smith, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

Perkiomen School has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 16 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-3-1 record this season. As for Lawrenceville School, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-10.

Perkiomen School will be playing at home against Faith Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lawrenceville School, they will head out on the road to face off against Nottingham on Friday.
